DevryBV was founded in Excelsior, Minnesota, in 2019 as a trusted source and catalyst of sustainability solutions. Based in the Heartland of the USA, we are headquartered adjacent to the Twin Cities, where we make sustainability accessible at the centers of commerce and community. Our goal is to be present in communities across the nation and globe. We believe meaningful change on issues of social, environmental, and economic consequence happens at the local level.

Our global team’s expertise has always been about affecting change at the local level, impacting one farm, manufacturing plant, business location, community, and leader at a time.

Our Story.

Standing tall in sustainable strategy.

When we founded our company, we did so with the underlying notion that our firm could support business in making swift and necessary transformations to become more sustainable and therefore more accountable to the two most important stakeholders on the planet: people and nature. 

We knew then, as we do now, that business impacts humanity’s lifecycle and that there was an urgent need to equip businesses with the tools and approaches necessary to thrive in our complex business environment.

The open lines of our new logo signify the value and importance of humanity’s lifecycle, and showcases that sustainability is a cyclical journey of looking inward and engaging outward on the business impact on humanity. We are always in motion, and as such, our logo was designed for truth to flow in and flow out.

As business leaders, we must remain open to exploration, research, new information, and ultimately, innovative ideas for sustainable businesses to thrive. As we ground leaders and teams, we inspire our clients to remain open and courageous so that their business strategies and long-term goals evolve and emerge with authenticity and impact.

A true ambassador, I have navigated local, national and global markets to attain mutual benefit, and specialize in business-related sustainability practices. 

I am a thought leader, sustainability entrepreneur, corporate advisor across sustainability, food + agriculture, and a global business leader. I lead people and businesses with courage, candor, confidence, and credibility.
