Emma forsyth

2025 Summer Intern

Emma recently graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with degrees in Environmental Studies and Dance.

Throughout her undergraduate experience, she was a key student employee for Gustavus’ Johnson Center for Environmental Innovation, where she contributed to a variety of campus sustainability initiatives. Notably, she worked on the 2025 AASHE STARS Report, which earned a “Gold” rating, organized the Gustavus Climate Teach-In, and developed a formal sustainability curriculum for First Term Seminar classes, which was implemented in Fall 2024.

She interned at DUAL North America in the summer of 2024 and at TE Connectivity in the summer of 2023, gaining hands-on experience in corporate sustainability as well as environmental and safety regulations.

Outside of the office Emma loves running, traveling, the Minnesota Timberwolves and sustainable fashion.
