Executive Assistant

Becky Roehl’s journey has been diverse and rewarding.  She holds a degree in Business/Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas which laid the foundation for her professional career.  She has worked for Anderson Consulting (now named Accenture), Delta Airlines, and Gateway Computers while wearing various hats in the HR and Training/Development field.  Her roles included HR Generalist, Compensation Analyst, Employee Relations, Recruiter, and Training and Development Specialist. These opportunities not only honed her business insights but also ignited her passion for creating workplaces that are efficient and people-centric.

While her career path has been fulfilling, she took a pause to focus on raising her children, a choice that she deeply cherishes.  During this time, she also founded her own company, Bradford Bay Solutions, a consulting company aimed at supporting small business owners.  This endeavor allowed her to stay connected to the business world while nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit.  

When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.  Much of her downtime is spent cheering her kids on at their various activities, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and going for long runs.
